first listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong
Limited on 15 November 2002 as HK6 Holdings Limited. Currently, the Group is
principally engaged in

(i) the licensing of computer games in the PRC;

(ii) the investment in the operation of the online game "Sudden Attack"
in the PRC; and
